Due to the nature of digital services such as hosting, email hosting, and website creation:

• Refunds or exchanges are generally not available once the service has been activated or delivered.

Website Creation Services

For website design or development projects:

• Refunds may be considered only if work has not started

• Once the project has begun, payments are non-refundable

Hosting & Email Services

• Hosting and email hosting subscriptions are non-refundable after activation

• You may upgrade, downgrade, or change plans according to availability and pricing

Exceptions

Any refund or adjustment requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at TruBlink’s sole discretion.
