Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds work at TruBlink — what can be refunded, how to ask for one, and how long it takes.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for payments made to TruBlink. It applies to all services and digital products purchased through trublink.com or any of our official sales channels. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@trublink.com from the address used to place the order and include:

  • your invoice or order number;
  • the date and amount of the payment;
  • the service or product concerned;
  • a short description of the reason for the request.

We acknowledge every request within one business day and send you a written decision within five business days.

3. Refund window

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the date of payment. Requests received after this period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.

4. Work that has not started

If we have not started work on your project and no third-party costs have been paid on your behalf, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Work already in progress

Once a project has started, refunds are calculated on the portion of the work that has not yet been delivered. Amounts covering completed milestones, delivered files, and hours already worked are non-refundable. We will share a short summary of the work completed together with our decision.

6. Subscriptions and recurring services

Hosting, professional email, maintenance, and automation plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date; cancellation stops future charges and your service stays active until the end of the period already paid for. The current billing period is not refunded. If a renewal is charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will refund it in full provided the new period has not been used.

7. Non-refundable items

  • Third-party costs already paid on your behalf — domain names, SSL certificates, software licences, plugins and themes, app store fees, advertising budgets, and similar charges.
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
  • Custom work completed according to the agreed scope.
  • Setup, migration, and onboarding fees, once the setup has been carried out.
  • Change of mind after delivery has been accepted.

8. How approved refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and in the original currency of the transaction. We process refunds within 5–14 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the amount in your account. Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider and differences caused by currency conversion or exchange-rate movement are not covered by the refund.

9. Cancellation by TruBlink

If we are unable to deliver a service you have paid for, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount for the undelivered portion.

10. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us may delay the resolution of your request.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any change is published on this page with a new “last updated” date and applies to orders placed after it is published.
